Guest Policies & Information

Welcome to Traditions Global Cuisine! To ensure every guest enjoys a world-class dining experience, we kindly ask that you review and follow the policies below:

Traditions invites guests to enjoy an upscale global dining experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. To maintain this ambiance, we observe a Business Casual Dress Code:


Acceptable Attire Includes:

  • Collared shirts, blouses, dress shirts, or tasteful tops

  • Slacks, khakis, dress pants, midi/maxi skirts, or dresses

  • Closed-toe shoes, dress sandals, or stylish sneakers


Not Permitted:

  • Tank tops, halter tops, or midriff-baring shirts

  • Pajamas, sleepwear, or lounge attire

  • Baggy athletic wear, sagging pants, or exposed undergarments

  • Swimwear, flip flops, or excessively torn clothing


We reserve the right to refuse service to guests not in compliance with the dress code.

Traditions is a cashless establishment. For the safety and convenience of our guests and staff, we only accept the following forms of payment:


  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • Mobile Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

  • Prepaid cards or gift cards issued by Traditions Global Cuisine


We do not accept cash, (except for gratuities). Tips may be added to your bill electronically.

Please be advised there are NO REFUNDS on purchases with Alcohol.

Your health and safety are important to us.  

FOOD IS COOKED TO ORDER AND MAY CONTAIN RAW OR UNDER COOKED INGREDIENTS. CONSUMING RAW OR UNDER COOKED MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, SHELLFISH OR EGGS MAY INCREASE YOUR RISK OF FOOD-BORNE ILLNESS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CERTAIN MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform your server before ordering. While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination in our kitchen.

Our dishes are crafted with cultural authenticity and culinary balance. As such:


  • We reserve the right to modify the menu at any time without prior notice.

  • We may not be able to honor substitutions or modifications to certain dishes.


Please ask your server for guidance on the best menu choices for your preferences.

• Reservations are strongly encouraged, especially during themed dining weekends and special events.

• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

• Parties will be seated once all guests have arrived.

• Please notify us if you are running late; reservations may be released after 15 minutes.

Large Party Reservation and Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing Traditions Global Cuisine! To ensure the best experience for all guests, the following policies apply to large party reservations:

🍽️ DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

  • A deposit of $10 per guest is required for parties of 20 or more
  • Deposits are applied to your final bill based on attendance

⏱️ ARRIVAL POLICY

  • We allow a 30-minute grace period from your reservation time
  • At least 80% of your party must be present within 30 minutes to apply the full deposit

💳 DEPOSIT APPLICATION

  • 80% or more present:
    Your full deposit will be applied to your bill
  • 60%–79% present:
    Your deposit will be applied based on the number of guests present
    The remaining portion will be forfeited
  • Below 60% present or no-show:
    The full deposit will be forfeited

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full deposit refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in deposit forfeiture

📌 IMPORTANT

  • Reservations are held based on your confirmed guest count
  • Deposits help us prepare staffing, seating, and inventory for your group

We do not permit outside food or beverages, including cakes or desserts, unless pre-approved by management for a special occasion.
A plating fee may apply.

We welcome families and guests of all ages.

  • Children must remain seated and supervised at all times.

  • Strollers should be folded or placed out of the walkways for the safety of guests and staff.

We love when guests capture memories!

  • Feel free to take photos of your dishes and décor.

  • Tag us on social media using #TraditionsGlobalCuisine for a chance to be featured!

  • Please be courteous and avoid disrupting other guests or staff while photographing.

Our mission is to transport you to a different culture with every visit. To maintain a positive environment:

  • Kindness and respect toward fellow guests and staff are expected.

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior.

We love pets, but only ADA-recognized service animals are allowed inside the restaurant.
